No, and Taily never pretends otherwise. The card is generated from what you entered, which is what boarding and groomers want to see. Your vet's certificate is the real document, stored alongside.
Yes. Taily works anywhere, with weights in kilograms or pounds and costs in your own currency, picked up from your region and changeable in Settings.
