Common questions

I'm not getting reminders.

Check that notifications are allowed: open iOS Settings, find Taily, and make sure Notifications are on. Taily also shows a warning on the Home screen when reminders are switched off at the system level. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they work with no internet connection.

Do I need an account?

No. Taily has no sign-up and no login. Your records live on your device from the moment you write them.

How do I get my data out?

Settings → Data → Export. You can export a complete backup file at any time, free, and import it again on another device. Your records belong to you.

Is the vaccination card an official certificate?

No, and Taily never claims it is. The summary card is generated from what you have entered, which is useful for boarding, groomers and travel. The scanned certificate from your vet is the real document, and Taily stores it alongside so you always have the original to hand.

Can I track more than one pet?

Yes. The free version covers one pet completely, with unlimited records, full history and reminders. Taily Pro adds more pets along with shareable proof, vet-ready reports and other extras.

I changed my mind about Pro.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
